{"id":5715,"date":"2025-12-26T15:04:58","date_gmt":"2025-12-26T13:04:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/clm-inclusiva.org\/?p=5715"},"modified":"2025-12-26T15:04:58","modified_gmt":"2025-12-26T13:04:58","slug":"castilla-la-mancha-inclusiva-consigue-385-inserciones-laborales-durante-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/clm-inclusiva.org\/?p=5715","title":{"rendered":"Castilla-La Mancha Inclusiva consigue 385 inserciones laborales durante 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-5718\" src=\"http:\/\/clm-inclusiva.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/Captura-de-pantalla-2025-12-26-130807-300x170.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"170\" \/> <img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-5719\" src=\"http:\/\/clm-inclusiva.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/12\/f09ddcf2-6fce-4fda-93d6-9959c4e052a4-300x238.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"238\" \/><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3><strong>Castilla-La Mancha Inclusiva consigue 385 inserciones laborales durante 2025<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>En 2025, Castilla-La Mancha Inclusiva COCEMFE ha impulsado la inserci\u00f3n laboral de 385 personas y ha atendido a 1.779, gestionando 600 ofertas de empleo y m\u00e1s de 4.800 acciones individuales para favorecer su participaci\u00f3n laboral y social.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>CLM INCLUSIVA COCEMFE refuerza en 2025 la inclusi\u00f3n laboral de las personas con discapacidad, combinando programas de empleo, formaci\u00f3n y digitalizaci\u00f3n para fomentar su autonom\u00eda y participaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Toledo, 26 de diciembre de 2025<\/p>\n<p>Castilla-La Mancha Inclusiva cierra 2025 con un balance muy positivo en sus proyectos de empleo y formaci\u00f3n, dirigidos a mejorar la inclusi\u00f3n social y laboral de las personas con discapacidad en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>A lo largo del a\u00f1o, la entidad ha desarrollado diversos proyectos de empleo dirigidos a mejorar la empleabilidad y la inserci\u00f3n laboral, gracias a la financiaci\u00f3n de entidades como Fundaci\u00f3n ONCE, Fundaci\u00f3n \u201cla Caixa\u201d, la Junta de Comunidades de Castilla-La Mancha y el Ministerio de Derechos Sociales, Consumo y Agenda 2030.<\/p>\n<p>Entre los programas m\u00e1s destacados se encuentran el <strong>Programa de Integraci\u00f3n Sociolaboral de las Personas con Discapacidad<\/strong>, financiado por Fundaci\u00f3n ONCE; <strong>Conecta con tu Futuro: Itinerarios TIC para la Inserci\u00f3n Social y Laboral<\/strong>, impulsado por Fundaci\u00f3n \u201cla Caixa\u201d; el <strong>Proyecto de Mejora de la Empleabilidad y la Inserci\u00f3n<\/strong>, financiado por la Consejer\u00eda de Econom\u00eda, Empresas y Empleo de Castilla-La Mancha; y el <strong>Programa Estrat\u00e9gico de Soporte e Innovaci\u00f3n para la Activaci\u00f3n y Atenci\u00f3n a Personas con Discapacidad con Necesidades de Inserci\u00f3n Laboral<\/strong>, desarrollado en colaboraci\u00f3n con la Red COCEMFE.<\/p>\n<p>Estos proyectos han permitido registrar <strong>385 inserciones laborales<\/strong> a lo largo de 2025 y <strong>atender a 1.779 personas<\/strong> con discapacidad en la regi\u00f3n.
