de aproximarse a la realidad laboral de las personas con discapacidad del municipio y favorecer su integraci\u00f3n se ha tenido una reuni\u00f3n con la asociaci\u00f3n COCEMFE Guadalajara (Federaci\u00f3n de Asociaciones de Personas con Discapacidad F\u00edsica y Org\u00e1nica de Guadalajara).<\/div>\n<div id=\"cuerpo\" class=\"avisos_5\">\n<p>Para tener una primera toma de contacto y poder planificar un conjunto de actuaciones conjuntas ha tenido lugar este viernes 6 de marzo en el Ayuntamiento una reuni\u00f3n con \u00c1ngel S\u00e1nchez L\u00f3pez, presidente de COCEMFE Guadalajara, y Mariola Castillo Tello, t\u00e9cnico presidida por la alcaldesa del municipio, Mar\u00eda Purificaci\u00f3n Tortuero Pliego, junto a la concejala de empleo, Mar\u00eda Jes\u00fas Payo y la t\u00e9cnica de empleo y emprendimiento.<\/p>\n<p>El fin de la misma es explorar de forma conjunta una colaboraci\u00f3n futura y continuada para contribuir a la incorporaci\u00f3n al mercado de trabajo de personas con discapacidad f\u00edsica y org\u00e1nica a trav\u00e9s de acciones espec\u00edficas de informaci\u00f3n, orientaci\u00f3n laboral o motivaci\u00f3n para la b\u00fasqueda de empleo.<\/p>\n<p>Otro aspecto que se valor\u00f3 es la derivaci\u00f3n de demandantes de empleo con discapacidad al Servicio de Intermediaci\u00f3n Laboral de Cocemfe para mejorar la empleabilidad de las personas con discapacidad adem\u00e1s de otras posibles iniciativas de dinamizaci\u00f3n y apoyo a este colectivo en Alovera.<\/p>\n<p>Para lograr esas metas se preparar\u00e1 un convenio de style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Confederaci\u00f3n CLM Inclusiva y la asociaci\u00f3n empresarial de Centros Especiales de Empleo de COCEMFE en Castilla-La Mancha, AECEMCO CLM, han firmado un acuerdo para promover las oportunidades de formaci\u00f3n y empleo de las personas del colectivo.<\/h5>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-471\" src=\"http:\/\/clm-inclusiva.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/04\/3500_fotonoticia_20190402151941_1920.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"670\" height=\"300\"><\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El presidente de la confederaci\u00f3n CLM Inclusiva, Enrique Alarc\u00f3n Garc\u00eda, y el presidente de AECEMCO CLM, \u00d3scar Sillas, han rubricado este acuerdo de colaboraci\u00f3n para coordinar su labor y actuaciones de apoyo a la promoci\u00f3n de los derechos de las personas con discapacidad f\u00edsica y org\u00e1nica en Castilla-La Mancha, ha informado esta confederaci\u00f3n en nota de prensa.<\/p>\r\nEl sector empresarial promovido por las organizaciones de COCEMFE sin \u00e1nimo de lucro, integrado en AECEMCO, da empleo actualmente a m\u00e1s de 800 personas con discapacidad de todo tipo, con actividades productivas y de prestaci\u00f3n de servicios muy variados como obras, lavander\u00eda, limpieza, medioambiente, manipulados, formaci\u00f3n, etc.\r\n\r\nAmbas organizaciones que comparten valores sociales y visi\u00f3n sobre los derechos de las personas con discapacidad coordinar\u00e1n todas sus actividades para incrementar las oportunidades de formaci\u00f3n, aprendizaje en el puesto de trabajo y calidad de los mismos, tanto en empleo protegido como ordinario.\r\n\r\nDentro de las actuaciones objeto del acuerdo se pondr\u00e1 especial atenci\u00f3n a dar a conocer la normativa de reserva de empleo para personas con discapacidad, as\u00ed como el adecuado cumplimiento de las medidas alternativas, para lo que se informar\u00e1 conjuntamente a administraciones, federaciones empresariales y grandes empresas sobre las oportunidades de empleabilidad de las personas con discapacidad f\u00edsica y org\u00e1nica.\r\n\r\nCLM Inclusiva dispone actualmente de Servicio de Empleo en todas las provincias de Castilla-La Mancha, gracias al apoyo de Fundaci\u00f3n ONCE y la financiaci\u00f3n de proyectos con cargo al IRPF, que realiza labor de intermediaci\u00f3n entre personas con discapacidad demandantes de empleo y empresas, asegurando la adecuaci\u00f3n de trabajadores al puesto de trabajo e informando sobre incentivos a la contrataci\u00f3n y ajustes t\u00e9cnicos necesarios en el puesto.\r\n\r\nLa Confederaci\u00f3n regional de entidades de personas con discapacidad f\u00edsica y org\u00e1nica, Castilla-La Mancha Inclusiva, agrupa al movimiento asociativo de COCEMFE en la Regi\u00f3n, con casi un centenar de entidades que representan en torno a 10.000 personas con discapacidad.\r\n\r\nActualmente se encuentra compuesta por cinco federaciones provinciales, COCEMFE Albacete, COCEMFE Cuenca, COCEMFE Guadalajara, COCEMFE Toledo y Ciudad Real Inclusiva, las entidades regionales AFANION, Federaci\u00f3n LUNA CLM
